To qualify for the Best Western Lake Sunapee Lodge/Mountain Edge Resort promotion above, you must be married or cohabitating (sorry, no students). You must be between the ages of 25 and 70, be U.S. residents and be able to speak English fluently, carry a major credit card (only one of you), married, engaged, and cohabitating couples must have photo IDs with matching addresses, earn an income of no less than $60,000 USD per year before taxes. Singles are welcome who make a minimum income of at least $50,000 USD per year and fill the other qualifications. You and your spouse/cohabitating partner are required to travel and tour the resort together. This offer is not valid for group travel. A group is defined as more than one family or friends, traveling on separate promotional packages to the same destination on the same travel dates. You are not obligated to purchase anything.

Reservations: Once your reservation request has been submitted, we will process your request with our resort. Please allow 3 full business days for processing. Once your confirmation number is received, your confirmation letter including directions and information will be sent to the email address listed on your reservation form. Please note: Reservations are not confirmed until you have received your confirmation letter by email.

Tours: We do not schedule tour times or set qualifications. The tours are normally conducted the morning after arrival and you are committed to 90 minutes. We cannot change the terms and conditions of this vacation package offer. Married and cohabiting couples MUST attend the property tour together and have matching photo ID's with identical address.

Reschedule/Cancellations: We will reschedule your trip one time. Each additional reschedule will be subject to a $10 reschedule fee. Reschedules and cancellations must be submitted at least 3 full business days prior to the scheduled arrival date.

Refunds: Will be extended if we cannot secure your confirmation dates.
