The Crown Reef Hotel is ocean front and features a gigantic 125' oceanfront pool, a 575' lazy river, two restaurants, indoor/outdoor hot tubs, fitness room, arcade and video game room, guest laundry facilities, Cloud Nine lobby bar, and summer kids activities programs. All rooms are ocean view and the entire hotel is ocean front. You can choose between a standard room that sleeps four or a suite room that sleeps six.    Standard rooms sleep four (4) people and are ocean view. Each room features 2 queen beds, hair dryers, iron/ironing boards, one cable TV, lap desks and wireless internet. Suite rooms sleep six (6) people and are ocean view. Suites features 2 queen beds, a pull out sleeper sofa, a kitchen with stove, refrigerator, microwave, electric coffee pot, toaster, eating and cooking utensils, iron, ironing board, in-room safe and a two cable TV's, and wireless internet. Reservations: Once your reservation request has been submitted, we will process your request with our resort. Please allow 3 full business days for processing. Once your confirmation number is received, your confirmation letter including directions and information will be sent to the email address listed on your reservation form. Please note: Reservations are not confirmed until you have received your confirmation letter by email.

Tours: We do not schedule tour times or set qualifications. The tours are normally conducted the morning after arrival and you are committed to 90 minutes. We cannot change the terms and conditions of this vacation package offer. Married and cohabiting couples MUST attend the property tour together and have matching photo ID's with identical address.

Reschedule/Cancellations: We will reschedule your trip one time. Each additional reschedule will be subject to a $10 reschedule fee. Reschedules and cancellations must be submitted at least 3 full business days prior to the scheduled arrival date.

Refunds: Will be extended if we cannot secure your confirmation dates.
