Terms and Conditions

Guests must meet minimum age, annual income, and language requirement as stated in the item purchased.  Proof of identification and address is required prior to or upon arrival, in the form of a valid photo id for each person and a major credit card (or debit card if the resort/hotel allows them).  Both married couples and cohabiting domestic partners must have the same address on their photo identification.  Married couples and cohabiting domestic partners must be traveling together and are required to attend the property tour of the hosting resort together. The guest must have a valid major credit card or debit card on file with our office prior to travel.

Our travel packages are not valid for groups.  A group is defined as more than one family, or friends, traveling on separate Vacation-4less.net promotional packages to the same destination on the same travel dates.

Guest is responsible for all nightly room taxes (where applicable) and all items of a personal nature. Items of a personal nature are any items that do not come with a standard room.

All requests to reschedule or cancel travel dates must be submitted in writing to our office a  minimum of three full business days from your arrival date unless you are staying in a cabin, which will then require us to obtain written notice of cancellation no less than seven full business days from your scheduled arrival.  Failure to provide notification of reschedule or cancellation within the allotted time period for any reason will result in forfeiture of reservations and all monies paid.  Travel dates may be rescheduled one time.  Each additional request to reschedule travel dates will be subject to a $10 reschedule fee.

Participants in the promotion who do not meet the qualifications set forth in the travel package, including those who fail to attend the sales presentation or have traveled in a group (family or friends traveling on separate promotional packages to the same destination on the same travel dates), will have charged to their credit or debit card an accommodations fee equivalent to the published rack rate of such accommodations, plus all applicable taxes and the actual cost of any additional gifts awarded, less any payment made by the participant. 

You are required to provide a valid credit card before we send a confirmation. Your credit card is not charged until we confirm your travel dates. To cancel or change your reservation, we must have no less than three (3) business days notice for hotel or condo reservations or seven (7) business days notice for cabin reservations sent via email to reservations@carsontravel.net  Should you cancel or change your confirmed reservation less than the alloted time from your scheduled arrival date, all monies paid for your vacation package will be forfeited.
